    Due to our products being created with a print on demand service, refunds are a grey area and difficult to manage. PLEASE BE SURE OF YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE BUYING. However, in the rare case that a product is faulty or printed incorrectly, contact our support team (support@perfectworld.global) and we will try our best to help you.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    PLEASE BE SURE OF YOUR PURCHASE WHEN BUYING. Since we donate 100% of our profits onwards, cancelling orders is not possible.

  • Where do you ship to?
    Since we use a Print on Demand service (for the beginning of our brands creation) we are able to ship everywhere internationally!
  • How long does your shipping take?
    This will vary country for country, but in most cases our delivery times are 1-2 weeks. This will improve in the future when we have built a foundation.
  • How much does your shipping cost?
    Depending on your location, shipping prices will differ. To see the cost of shipment, go to checkout and then once you have entered your address and country of origin, the shipping cost will be calculated.
  • Are your products sustainably made?
    Yes! For the beginning of our brands journey, we will be using gelato.com's print on demand (POD) Service. Gelato believes in sustainability just as much we do, which is why we trust them with our initial production. You can lean more about their sustainability here: https://www.gelato.com/sustainability
  • How do I know where my money will go?
    We will be posting bank statements and reports on our transparency page once we have made enough sales. We want to ensure full transparency in where your money goes. We will try our best to keep costs low and will donate all profits after our break even point.
